Christmas 2015 Exchange policy

To be eligible for our extended Christmas exchange period items must be purchased from the 10.12.15  and returned no later than 10.01.16 .

Any items purchased before 10.12.15 date will be subject to our existing exchange period of 7 days.

Any items received after 10.01.16 will not be accepted for exchange.

*Please note all of the other conditions as listed below apply to all exchanges, KLF does not accept refunds.

KLF Design does not issue refunds unless required by law. Exchanges can be made within 7 business days of receiving the goods when returned in original packaging, item must be in original unworn condition. 

Please email info@klfdesign.com.au before sending your item/s back to us to confirm that an exchange is accepted. All items being returned must be sent via a traceable postal service as KLF Design will not accept responsibility for items lost whilst in transit. The postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange can be made for items in stock on the online store. No rainchecks.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on sale items. No exceptions.

To return your item please post the item/s to:

When we have received the item/s we’ll email you to confirm that we have received the item back to our studio and arrange for your new item to be sent, this postage charge will be the responsibility of the customer.
